Course Overview
- Designed to equip members of the Collections Department with the technical proficiency required to manage the end-to-end debt recovery process accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Completion of the Fee Earner Course (FE 1 & FE 2) is a mandatory prerequisite for the Collections course.
- Delivered in one module.
- All modules must be completed in full.
- Successful completion of the Fee Earner Assessment is required for certification.
